Welcome,
I'm Allison, an Intuitive, Somatic, Energy & Spirit Practitioner and Cosmic Channel.
My work is with sensitive humans and souls. I work with healers, body workers, energy workers, therapists, baristas, moms, starseeds, those in stages of transition, those exploring Self and the depths of life, those who are here to facilitate, support and participate in the birthing of the new paradigm.
I partner with my clients and offer intuitive, energetic, somatic, spirit, shamanic, cosmic, and relational tools and skills to meet and support intentions like melting freeze, soul embodiment, symptom relief, receive support, nervous system stabilization and repair, Self exploration, connecting with spiritual realms in a resonant way, more personal freedom, ease, generative embodiment of Self, Health, and into a sense of one's own essence and expression of it.
I support my clients with work like somatic and energetic boundary repair, differentiation of Self from other, meeting unmet needs (present life, karmic field, ancestral field), shamanic work like compassionate depossession, to metabolize in small doable pieces, unwinding toward more resonance, blueprint and authentic Self.
I also offer support and tools to bring coherence to chaotic spiritual realms, Health and right relationship to spirit. I support my clients in connecting with their guides, allies, higher self and ancestors through shamanic journeying, mediumship mentoring, channeling, and more.
Every session is different. Sessions offered attune to my client's inherent wisdom, their blueprint, and incorporate an intuitive and somatic weaving of principles and practices. Sessions vary to meet my client's needs and intentions. Variety is available.
I also support psychonauts and newly curious ones through their process of journeying with entheogens and empathogens according to their needs and intentions. My role is as a layer of support for stabilization, co-regulation, holding, and metabolization to support easeful experiences and the integration of journey work.

My work is presently virtual; phone and Zoom. I also offer sessions over text and no contact sessions. I'm not presently offering in person sessions. I'm based out of Silver Spring, MD.

I had one of the most powerful experiences of my life the other day. I had a session with Allison Dougherty, and it was so deep, so profound, and so loving, it's nearly difficult to put into words. It was such a moving and almost hypnotic experience. I was able to hold myself so deeply with her support and simply allow myself to "be" and be present with what came up for me during our time together. We tend to forget - or complicate - how powerful the medicine of simple presence and holding is. And, while "simple", it's a rare soul who can hold that kind of space. Allison did and does.
