Hey there! Welcome.
I'm Allison, an Intuitive, Somatic, Energy & Spirit Practitioner. I also support those who work with plant medicines and psychedelics.
My work is with sensitive humans and souls. I work with somanauts, psychonauts, healers, body workers, energy workers, starseeds, those in stages of transition, those who enjoy exploring Self and the depths of life, those who are here to facilitate, support and participate in the birthing of this new paradigm.
I partner with my clients and offer intuitive, energetic, somatic, spirit, cosmic, and relational tools and skills to meet and support their intentions for relief, support, nervous system stabilization, exploration, more personal freedom, ease, generative embodiment of Self, Health, and into a sense of their own essence and expression of it.
I support those calling in more Health, ease, new possibilities, realities and paradigms with Self and other by creating conditions to differentiate Self from other, meet unmet needs (present life, karmic, ancestral) to metabolize in small doable pieces, unwinding toward blueprint and authentic Self.
I also offer support and tools to bring coherence to chaotic spiritual realms, Health and right relationship to spirit. I support my clients in connecting with their guides, allies, higher self and well ancestors through shamanic journeying, mediumship mentoring, channeling, and more.
Every session is different. Sessions offered attune to my client's inherent wisdom, their blueprint, and incorporate an intuitive and somatic weaving of principles and practices. Sessions vary to meet my client's needs and intentions. There are times when a somati-psychic session of inquiry into a symptom or karmic, ancestral, family, cosmic and other fields can be just the thing. Variety is available.
I support my clients through their process of journeying with entheogens and empathogens according to their needs and intentions. My role is as a layer of support for stabilization, co-regulation, holding, and metabolization to support easeful experiences and the integration of journey work.

My work is presently mostly virtual; phone and Zoom. I also offer sessions over text and no contact sessions as well as limited in person sessions.

I had one of the most powerful experiences of my life the other day. I had a session with Allison Dougherty, and it was so deep, so profound, and so loving, it's nearly difficult to put into words. It was such a moving and almost hypnotic experience.
